Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Saish Software Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Saish Software Solutions provides the following services:

• Website development and design
• Mobile application development
• Cloud solutions and integration
• Digital marketing services
• Staffing and training solutions
• IT consulting services

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements
• Supply necessary materials and information in a timely manner
• Respond to communications within reasonable timeframes
• Pay invoices according to agreed payment terms
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Provide feedback and approvals as required

Payment Terms

• Project costs will be outlined in the project proposal or contract
• Payment schedules will be agreed upon before project commencement
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified

Intellectual Property

Client-Owned Content

All content, materials, and information provided by the client remain the property of the client.

Developed Solutions

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to custom-developed solutions, excluding any proprietary frameworks or tools developed by Saish Software Solutions.

Third-Party Components

Some solutions may include third-party components subject to their respective licenses.

Project Timeline and Delivery

• Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity
• Delays caused by client feedback or requirement changes may extend timelines
• We strive to meet all agreed deadlines and will communicate any potential delays
• Force majeure events may affect delivery schedules

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. We will not disclose any confidential information without explicit client consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Saish Software Solutions' liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Support and Maintenance

• Post-delivery support terms will be specified in the project agreement
• Bug fixes for development errors are provided at no charge for a specified period
• Additional features or modifications may incur additional charges
• Maintenance contracts are available for ongoing support

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In case of termination:

• Payment is due for work completed up to the termination date
• All project materials will be delivered in their current state
• Confidentiality obligations continue after termination

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
